The Schlage B250P6 series is ideally suited for pool, apartment and condominium gates, utility panels and pipe chases. The Schlage B250 series is tough, reliable and has a proven design that has been the industry standard for decades. These locks are great for access control, extra heavy duty especially the deadlatch. You can use it on the heaviest gate. They are installed above the bottom lock and where a deadbolt usually is but because it’s a latch type lock rather than a deadbolt, when the door closes it will automatically re-lock.
